Product details:

       The structure of the eccentric hemispherical valve adopts the principle of eccentricity-compression to achieve the purpose of stroking, adjusting, and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing pair is a metal surface ring with a hard surface contact seal. The double eccentric structure is opened when the valve core is located in the ball chamber, circulation The cross section is large, and the valve is not washed. When the valve is closed, the valve core is not washed. The valve surface of the valve core is opened to gradually move along the valve seat, and the scale barrier is effectively removed to achieve reliable sealing. It is particularly effective for the mixed flow delivery of the two-phase flow-prone fouling solids. The second feature of the valve hemisphere with bimetal, the base metal surfacing different alloys, the valve seat also for the corresponding surfacing by special treatment, the sealing surface combined into corrosion, wear, high strength and other types to meet different Occasion requirements, the third feature is sealed and prohibited, the transmission of harmful gases can reach zero leakage, the fourth feature is that the sealing pair of spool retain compensation, when the valve seat wear (valve seat hardness is lower than the spool), when closed With a little more rotation, it can still seal reliably and prolong service life.      Therefore, the matching of different metal alloy (or composite ball) bimetal sealing pairs can be used for different industrial sectors that are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, temperature-resistant, and tightly sealed.


The main purpose of the ball valve and product features:

1. General valve: specification model PN1.0-4.0Mpa, DN40-1600. Applicable to wastewater treatment, pulp, urban heating and other demanding applications.  

2. Special valves for petrochemical industry: Specifications DN40-1600, PN1.0-4.0Mpa are applicable to various types of oils such as crude oil and heavy oil, and weak corrosion of chemical industry and two-phase mixed flow media. Temperature up to 425 °C.  

3, gas special valve: specifications DN40-1600, PN1.0-4.0Mpa for gas, natural gas, liquefied gas transmission control. The product structure features different chromium-containing stainless steels for hermetically sealed deposits, which are tightly sealed and resistant to corrosion.  

4. Slurry special valve: Specification DN40-1600, suitable for liquid or solid state two-phase mixed flow or liquid transport. Product structure characteristics According to customer requirements of different media, temperature requirements, sealing the surfacing valve core with chromium molybdenum vanadium alloy surfacing, the seat using chromium molybdenum alloy, chrome alloy, stainless steel alloy electrode welding to meet the needs of different slurry transportation.  

 5, pulverized coal ash slag special valve: specifications DN40-1600, suitable for power plants, hydraulic slag or gas pipeline control. The product requires abrasion resistance. The valve core adopts a combined ball type bimetal, which has a very high rigidity and is very wear-resistant. The valve seat adopts the overall wear-resisting No. 1 or full surfacing, and has the advantages of a hard-sealing ball valve.
 
Ball valve features:
1, large flow area, small flow resistance. This is because after the valve is opened, it is located in the ball room and the fluid passes through.

2, the operating torque is small, turn 90 degrees to open and close to complete, easy to operate.

3, tightly sealed, double eccentric metal hard seal. Scaling does not affect the opening and closing, this is the most significant advantage of the half ball valve

4, long service life, wear-resistant seal, and compensation, valve seat can be adjusted or replaced.
