Product Overview: WQP series stainless steel submersible sewage pump adopts anti-blocking hydraulic components designed for large flow passages, greatly improving the ability of passing through the dirt, and can effectively pass through 5 times of fiber material of pump diameter and solid particles with diameter of about 50% of pump diameter. The design is reasonable, the supporting motor is reasonable, the efficiency is high, and the energy saving effect is remarkable. The mechanical seal adopts double-track series seal and is made of hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide. It has the characteristics of durability, wear resistance, etc. It can make the pump run continuously for more than 8000 hours.
Features
The pump is compact in structure, small in size, easy to move, and easy to install. It does not need to build a pump room, and it can work in submerged water, which greatly reduces the project cost. There is an oil-water probe in the pump oil chamber. When the mechanical seal on the water pump side is damaged, water enters the oil chamber and a signal is generated on the probe to protect the pump. According to the needs of users, it can be equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet to monitor the leakage, leakage, overload and over-temperature of the pump to ensure the reliable and safe operation of the pump. The dual-rail automatic coupling installation system brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump installation. People do not need to enter or leave the sump. Float switch can be changed according to the required water level. Automatic control of the pump stop without special care. Ensure that the motor is not overloaded during the use of the head range. According to the occasion of use, the motor can use a water jacket type external third party circulation cooling system, which can ensure the safe operation of the electric pump in the anhydrous (dry) state. There are two kinds of installation methods: fixed automatic coupling installation and mobile free installation, which can meet different occasions.
